Purchase Options
We offer the following purchase options:
1. Standard Craft Bundles

Includes materials, instructions, and guidance for each activity.

Available to order online with nationwide UK delivery.
2. Custom Craft Bundles

Tailored to your party’s theme, age group, or specific needs.

Requires a minimum of 7 days’ notice before dispatch.

3. Party Add-ons

Optional extras such as party bags, stickers, or certificates.

Only available when purchased with a standard or custom bundle.
Payment

Full payment is required at checkout.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe or other trusted providers.

All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Cancellations
For Standard Craft Bundles:

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund, as long as it has not yet been dispatched.

To cancel, email hello@raisingcraftees.com with your order number.
For Custom Craft Bundles:

Custom orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of confirmation.

Due to the tailored nature of these bundles, cancellations after this time are non-refundable, unless the order is damaged or defective upon delivery.
Refunds & Returns
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

The product arrives damaged, faulty, or incomplete.

You notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

We confirm the issue and agree on the best resolution.
Please note:

We do not offer refunds for change of mind after dispatch.

Custom or personalised items are non-returnable, unless faulty.
