Returns Policy
- Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Custom-made or personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty.
How to Return an Item
- Email us at raisingcraftees@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll provide return instructions and a return address.
- Once we receive your item, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
- We do not offer free returns.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
