We aim to get your crafting goodies to you as quickly as possible!

Shipping Options & Timeframes

• Standard Delivery UK: 3-5 business days
• Local Delivery (Sunderland SR) : 1-2 business days 

📦 Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2-4 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Important Delivery Notes

• Orders placed after 1pm on will be processed the next business day.
• Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.
  

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not 100% satisfied, we’re happy to help!

Returns Policy

• Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
• Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
• Custom-made or personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty.

How to Return an Item

1. Email us at raisingcraftees@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll provide return instructions and a return address.
3. Once we receive your item, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
4. We do not offer free returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
